Founding Partner of Ainsley Advisory Group, a healthcare AI advisory firm supporting a broad portfolio of venture-backed technology companies on go-to-market strategy, enterprise deployment, and health system adoption. Former Chief AI Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer for Kaiser Permanente's Washington, D.C. region, where she led large-scale AI deployments and digital innovation initiatives.

Dr. MacLean founded the Permanente AI Center of Excellence, advised on Kaiser Permanente's first national AI strategy, and served as a member of Kaiser Permanente Ventures. She serves as Senior Medical Advisor to Rad AI, is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale University, and a Harvard-trained neuroradiologist who remains in clinical practice.
